1. Regular washing. Usually, the regular wool sweaters we buy have washing instructions on them, so follow them for the appropriate wash. Most wool sweaters are suitable for dry cleaning, but they can also be hand washed. If washing by hand, it is important to use a special detergent for wool sweaters. Pour the detergent into hot water below 30°C, stir well and leave for about ten minutes. Immerse the wool sweater in the water, focusing on stained areas such as the collar and cuffs. Rinse with water after scrubbing. You can also squeeze the water out of the wool sweater by hand and lay it out on a table to dry in a ventilated area. Place in a heated room to avoid ironing. 2. Use cooking vinegar. If you accidentally get some ink on your wool sweater, you can use edible vinegar to clean it. Dip a piece of paper in the vinegar and rub it over the stain repeatedly to remove the ink.
